![]() Your model engine may require a factory tech to cancel the warning beep also. The system requires an air tight seal at each connection to function properly. Make sure the tank fill caps are snug and straight on the threads. I would first check to make sure your oil injection system is air tight. If the problem is not addressed your motor management computer will slow your throttle to idle and not let you rev it past there. That is to get you home if you run out in the main oil tank. Your motor should have an oil reserve tank under the cowling. Your warning beep has to be either overheating or oil injection problem. I have some experience with Mercury outboards.
